YOU are AWESOME!! This workshop is designed for BOYS from the ages of 10-12. To build their confidence and self-esteem.  This is a 7-workshop series, we will discuss: social media safety, body image, healthy choices & hygiene, expressing feelings, stress management techniques, mindfulness & growth mindset.  Boys will learn how to set healthy boundaries and gain the confidence to succeed! Boys will gain strategies for overcoming obstacles and using their voice to express what they feel and ask for what they want. Boys are an amazing force, and we strive to empower our youth to maximize their potential, tap into their self-worth and transform their vision and self-confidence.
